We follow General Quality Inspection Level II (two). And according to lot size we follow Letter code to take sample size and for acceptance quality limits we follow 2.5% for Major & 6.5 % for Minor faults for taking decision of acceptance and rejection of lot. Further we have to make list of minor and major defect list with our customer consent.
Buyer should give their size chart or follow the company (Suntex) size chart which is in accordance with EU norm for General gloves not for all category gloves.
Most important thing is the dimensions or measurements of the glove size must be according to thickness of the fabric or material for example the size dimensions of 150 GSM fabrics cannot be wearable in fabric of 300GSM. Even the pattern is different.
So, according to our opinion the EU standard size chart are not fit for all category styles. We can just base them from 70 TO 170GSM Fabrics.
